The Little Acorn is an immaculately presented 1 bedroom, self catering holiday let situated in beautiful countryside on the WiltshireSomerset border. The property has it's own private, secure, parking adjacent to the private entrance. This is perfect for your car, motorbike or push bikes and there's a wellyboot rack if you're on foot! The double bedroom has TV and free Wi-fi; there's a well equipped kitchendining room and an en-suite private shower room. We can happily accommodate a baby and can provide you with a travel cot and changing mat. (No extra charge; please provide your own baby bedding) All towels, tea towels are provided with full clean and linen change weekly. The location is fantastic for sightseeing. The historic City of Bath 13 miles, Market Town of Frome 4 miles, Longleat Theme and Safari Park 9 miles. For cyclists we are very close to many of the fabulous Wiltshire Cycling Routes. For trips to the coast Weston Super Mare is 40 miles and Poole 47 miles. For business users there are regular trains to London and Bristol from Westbury (4 miles) and Bath Stations. We are surrounded by excellent country pubsrestaurants, the closest being The Kicking Donkey (12 mile), The Full Moon at Rudge (1 mile) and the Foresters in Beckington (3 miles). All serve excellent lunches and evening meals.

Directions

We are 13 miles from the centre of the City of Bath. From the A36 BathWarminster Road simply follow the brown tourist board signs to BROKERSWOOD COUNTRY PARK. Turn off the A36 onto Rudge Lane at The Bell Inn Public House. Continue for approximately 1 mile until you reach The Full Moon Public House where you turn right in to Brokerswood Road. Continue about another mile passing The Kicking Donkey Public House on your left. At the next crossroads (at the Tin Church) turn left in to Silver St Lane (shown as Fairwood Road on Google Maps and signposted Overcourt Farm and Norris HIll Farm) WOODLAND VIEW FARM is the first house on your left and THE LITTLE ACORN is right next door. Just follow the sign to your front door.
